Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging

- Personalized items

Damages & Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately with photos.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
